Grown in lot 8 and on our hillside site of poor, silty soils — the ground our finest wines come from — under Villa de Leyva’s intense sunlight and cold Andean nights.

Tasting notes

Elegant and silky. Ripe plum, notes of cocoa and vanilla from oak ageing. Round tannins and a persistent finish.

Pairing

Aged meats, pasta with rich sauces, dark chocolate.
