Cabernet Sauvignon Reserva

The vine that reigns over our vineyard and anchors our reds and rosé: it grows across five of our lots at 2,150 m, and ages in French and Colombian oak barrels.

Tasting notes

Deep ruby red. Aromas of ripe red fruit, sweet spice and a base of vanilla from oak ageing. Structured on the palate, with firm tannins and a long finish.

Pairing

Grilled red meats, lamb, aged cheeses.
